Laska, or as she is affectionately known here as Laska Loo, our pride and joy, has been mated to CHAMPION NIKONIS YAGO, he is the British Vice Sieger and can be found on the NIKONIS website HERE
If the mating is successful, this will be Laska's first litter and we are very exited about this coupling and are expecting both long coats and standard coats in both sable and black and gold. We have already taken several bookings for this litter, although first choice will be ours !!!!
I searched long and hard for a suitable stud for Laska, the dog had to be worthy of her, he also had to be far enough away from her own lines for me to feel comfortable with, as Laska has a lot of popular lines in her pedigree, we moved away from the long coats to achieve such a match and I am very happy with our choice, not just a Champion for our girl, but the Vice Sieger of the country no less !!!
The puppies will be a good combination of English/German lines, we are expecting them to have fantastic temperaments, great colour, correct angulation with good bone and very strong heads.
Both parents have great hipscores and wonderful temperaments.
These pups will make excellent pets for the experienced German Shepherd owner or will be great for obedience enthusiasts, Laska has a puppy booked who will be doing heelwork to music, this popular activity requires the right combination and I feel that these pups will be more than willing to dance !! Her Mum Shanti also has a boy booked for the same activity.

Laska was bred here at Krisannrio, her Mother is Shanti. She is first and foremost a pet, she lives inside along with all the others and we longingly await her first litter which will be third generation for this line.

Her temperament is fantastic, at home she is more than happy to chill with all the others, Laska is one of those dogs you can take anywhere and her beauty is something else ! I can't take her out without somebody stops me to ask about her or say hello. She also has a very gentle side to her, she is loyal and affectionate and a very capable shepherd. When she is working, she shifts up several gears and is the most focused shep I have ever had the pleasure of owning, her workability is phenominal, she is just a true joy to own.
Laska is due to whelp at the end of October.
Puppies will be placed in selective pet homes only, no breeder enquiries please as we do not lift restrictions, except by special prior arrangement.
